Simply Feel Good Counselling in Zanzibar

Changing Lives, One Session at a Time

Face to Face therapy

Located just outside Stone Town, Zanzibar our counselling space offers a peaceful, safe and completely private setting for face-to-face sessions.

Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relationship dynamics, or seeking emotional clarity, these in-person sessions provide a safe and nurturing environment to explore your thoughts and feelings. The office is easily accessible from central Zanzibar and offers a discreet, welcoming atmosphere for individuals, couples, and families.

For those living on the island who are unable to attend in person we also offer online counselling.

Online Counselling

For those living on the island who are unable to attend in person—whether due to distance, mobility, or personal preference—we also offer secure online counselling.

These virtual sessions are conducted via encrypted platforms to ensure your privacy and comfort, allowing you to receive professional support from the convenience of your home.

Online therapy is ideal for maintaining continuity, especially during travel or busy schedules, and is just as effective as in-person sessions.

Work Place therapy

I can also conduct group sessions, private surveys or assessments with staff, management, HR, patients, students, and more.

If you are a school, non-profit organization, or community that wants someone to lead or join group sessions just contact me.

Whether you choose to meet face-to-face in Mbweni, chat online, or arrange sessions at your workplace my goal is to raise awareness and provide support on various topics, like promoting well-being at work, coping with trauma, managing abuse, stress, anxiety, dealing with loss and grief, culture shock, culture orientation and more.
