home / International Counselling Services
I am an experienced and registered psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 20 years of helping clients. I am also a qualified counselling supervisor.
I have broad knowledge in different therapeutic methods and have worked internationally with diverse cultural backgrounds.
This allows me to offer personalized support for individuals and couples facing mental health challenges, relationship problems, depression, or stress.
I offer secure and private online counseling, no matter where you are.
These sessions are held on encrypted platforms to protect your privacy, so you can get support from the comfort of your home.
Online therapy is great for staying connected, even when traveling or busy, and is just as effective as face-to-face sessions.
I provide online sessions for individuals or groups, along with private surveys or assessments for staff, management, HR, patients, students, and others.
If you are a school, non-profit, business, or community group needing someone to lead or join group sessions, please contact me.
My goal is to raise awareness and offer support on topics like workplace well-being, coping with trauma, managing abuse, stress, anxiety, handling loss and grief, culture shock, and orientation, among others.
To contact me and start counselling therapy sessions, please email, WhatsApp or call me using the contact information provided on my Contacts Page. From there, we will arrange an initial consultation either in-person or virtually to discuss your specific needs and goals. Together, we will explore ways to help you achieve your desired outcomes and work through any challenges you may be facing. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey towards well-being.
Contact me by email, text or WhatsApp or the online form. I’ll get back to you.
We can arrange a 50-minute consultation session, and chat things through.
I will explain how I work, guidelines, confidentiality or other queries you may have.
We can arrange your first session in person or if more convenient via online video.
Fees for international counselling can vary depending on the currency used, if it is an individual, if it is couple counselling or if it is work-related. See the general Pricing Plans available here.
Yes, counselling sessions are typically confidential, meaning that what you discuss with your therapist will not be shared with others without your permission, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to do so (such as; if the therapist believes that you or someone else is at risk of harm) - and even then this will be discussed with you. If you have concerns over confidentiality please be assured you can contact me and ask any questions you would like to reassure yourself.
Understanding legal coverage when your therapist is in another country can be tricky, as different rules may apply based on your location and that of your therapist. Typically, the laws of the country where you are present during the session are the most important. I’m available to discuss this in more detail during your first consultation.
If you do not speak English well, or you prefer to use a language other than English, then do search online for a counsellor that can speak your language. It is important that you are heard and understood by a qualified counsellor in your own language.
